I checked the Zotero directory and can verify that the pdfinfo.exe and pdftotext.exe files are the files that came with the Zotero reinstall I just completed. The Info dictionary contains the following values: title subject keywords author creator producer creation date modification date. Pdfinfo reads a configuration file at startup. I can assist you in installing pdfinfo but I would need your OS first. Ultimately, this information is needed mostly for multiprocessing and limiting the number of pages processed. It is used to count how many pages there are in the PDF before processing. You need to use the pdfinfo command to see information from a Unix or Linux CLI.
